I do love a visit to pound land for craft supplies but you can never be too sure what you will find. As you can see I picked up a few goodies. This is the card I made using the above. The paper packs are a little basic. Useable but very thin!. I added some die cut edges to my card in pink but I left the bottom left corner blank. Using the white lace ribbon I dabbed some gold Papermania ink over the ribbon and stuck it at an angle. I then added some red paper rolled roses and a gorjuss bow and resin flower. The butterflies just needed the wings bent to give them a 3d effect then I stamped and die cut a sentiment for this card. I know getting started with Papercraft can be expensive but it's worth checking out the pound shop. Learning Papercraft Behind the scenes I've been planning some local craft classes and I'm super excited about the chance to share some more skills. I've just few final details to put together and the I will let you know more. If your interested in learning some new skills and would like to receive an email once everything is ready then just fill out this form your details will not be shared. Have a lovely creative weekend xxxx

Hello welcome back and today I have a video for you on how to use dies to make a box frame. I hope you like it. xxxx I am not really one for keeping photos we dont have lots of albums around the house. In fact I think we have all become some used to having them online via facebook or what ever that we don't really print them off. Well now its time to look at how we can use them. Scrap booking. Wow has scrapbooking changed over the last 10 years. Over the next few months I plan to share some different types with you. Today I am going to share with you how I used a book I already have. I promise I have some much easier options coming soon. xxxx Hello did you have a lovely Christmas?. I really hope you did. Now unless you got lots of lovely craft supplies from Santa then you probably haven't felt very crafty. Well at least I haven't. But with the new year just a few days away I knew I wanted to get my planner ready. Ok so I'll admit whilst clearing away I found this old craft seller magazine which featured some papers and some happy new year sentiments. So with a few strips of course ordinating washi tape and a snow flake punch this is my planner for this week. I actually really like it and my plan this year is to use as many free papers and spend as little as possible on my planner.
New beginnings Next year I start my new business and although I don't want to go into too much detail just at the moment it's extended my craft supplies a lot!. Now I just can't fit in my craft cupboard anymore and I long for a proper desk to be able to work from. So over the next week or two we are changing things around and I'm getting a new craft space which means a completely new set up. Once it's ready I will share it with you. Take care everyone and happy crafting. Xxxx Hello are you ready for Christmas? Well I've finished my cards now and apart from perhaps a few Christmas tags I'm finished for Christmas Papercraft. Do you know I love making Christmas items more than anything else, infact I love it so much that next year I want to get started much earlier. So today's post is about my planner. I love planning. That's it, I've said it now planning is a wonderful way to one keep you organised but also a lovely keepsake to look back at. These are my Christmas pages mainly made from free papers from magazines. As you can see I've made a little divider which is double sided mainly using some die cuts to decorate. Plus a few tiny scraps of last year's Stampin up papers. A few snips of washi tape and some Christmas stamps really add to these pages. For this last page I did buy some Christmas washi tape from Saintsbury's but it was half price everything else has been made with items I already had. This planners been fun but for next year I would like a planner just for Christmas that I can keep each year to store favourite recipes, gift ideas and any other Christmas information in. I am going to use the sales to see if I can find something in a festive colour. I did add these pages as well. I used my silhouette to design some shopping list pages and then using a sharpie the silhouette drew the design for me.
Well I hope this post has inspired you to give planning a try. Happy Crafting xxxxx Hello everyone sorry its been a little lacking in the papercraft department, although I have been busy in the background making lots of little tags . The problem I have had is finding the time to share them with you. So this is my first loaded envelope and i loved making it. I hope you enjoy it. xxxx Could you get all your Christmas cards out of one stamp set? Well it's possible but you need to pick a stamp sets that's versatile and I think Snow place by stampin up with matching dies is gonna be the set to do this. Even without the matching dies it's great. Because it has snowmen and penguins as well as hats and scarves it offers so much. I've only just had a little play with this set and look what I've created. Use it up! It's very tempting to hold on to thing's but honestly I just say use it up and that's what I did with this next card. For this card I used some Christmas paper with a matching piece as a strip down the centre of the card. I added a strip of gold wash tape, pretty ribbon and a bow but the highlight of this card is a docrafts wooden bell topper which I sponged some gold ink over the top. Lastly a few snowflake from some old topper packs and a sentiment made this a speedy card.
So use up your left overs and make your Christmas cards extra special. Thanks for reading take care xxx Hello this week I am still looking at tags and todays tag is a cute little cup tag, like hot chocolate.
