Remember this notice board?. I picked this up at a village jumble sale I think I paid 25p for it knowing it would be perfect for a crafty revamp. I really wanted to use my new Country life range. I started with the ribbon and I added some ginger bread man ribbon I already had as the colours matched. I used a hot glue gun to attach the ribbon to the edges. I wanted to add some pegs to hock things on and to hold a note book and as pen. Using some basic wooden pegs I stuck some pretty CO ordinating papers on the pegs and cut around the edges. These pegs have been secured in place using hot glue. Next I took some drawing pins and hot glued some matching interesting buttons to the pins. Do give these a few minutes to adhere. Lastly I tied a kettle and a tea cup from the co ordinating range onto some red twine. I made my notice board to match with my kitchen and I am really pleased with the results. Now to find a space for it. Thanks for reading my blog today xxxx
